Please review all policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

Guests: No extra guests are permitted. The only exception is a minor receiving service or accompanying a parent/guardian.
Hair Preparation: All hair must be taken down and free of styles prior to your appointment. If hair is not taken down upon arrival, a detangling/take-down fee will be added to your service.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Do not arrive early unless instructed to do so. Early arrivals may not be accommodated.
Holidays & Peak Times: Appointments scheduled during holidays or peak seasons may involve busy schedules and extended wait times. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. Deposits are automatically charged when appointment booked

Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees or cancellation of your appointment.
